We want you and your little one to love everything you order from Little Nurtures. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are made for babies, we can only accept returns of unused items in their original, unopened packaging — this keeps every product that ships from us safe and hygienic.

Damaged or defective items

If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@littlenurtures.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed in most cases.

How to start a return

Email hello@littlenurtures.com with your order number. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
